I like this book, but it does have issues in formatting and accuracy. I have been through the book, line by line, many times. You have to use caution because there are random pages where the columns are mixed. For instance, the location of the sodium column is different on various pages. In addition, there are pages where the information under the sodium and cholestrol are switched - again, I think because of the columns. To make this book more usable it would be great to have the sugar information listed. but I realize there is only so much information that you can list on pages this size. It is one of the newer books out with this information. I wish they had included information for more mainline restaurants. Also, the index in the back of the book is very limited.
