How much is Shipping?
In order to bring you the most cost efficient shipping possible, we offer realtime shipping through UPS. If your order is 150+ lbs., shipping is estimated at $500. A customer service representative will follow up with you to determine the actual shipping charge.
How can I return items?
Our Guarantee: It is the policy of the American Diabetes Association to accept returns for a refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. The materials must be in resalable condition. Returns should be accompanied by the receipt and/or order number.
Video, computer and audio materials are non-refundable once the seal is broken on the item. eBooks, PDFs, and other digital products are not eligible for returns. Products with custom embroidering or imprinting are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged. Please consult size charts for proper sizing and fit, and verify your imprint messages prior to ordering.
